Before and after school club: We run a Before School club ever morning 7.45am - 8.45am and an After School Club Monday - Thursday 3.30pm - 5.00pm. The cost of this is £3 per session. Please see the Before and After School Club section on the website for more information.
NMPAT: In April 2012 the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust was established as an Independent Charitable Company after 40 years trading as the former Local Authority Music Service. NMPAT offer a range of enrichment programmes for schools and individuals of all ages around the county. They offer whole class instrumental lessons (‘First Access’) each year, as well as delivering subsidised tuition within schools. We are pleased to have Mrs Cliffe teaching strings, Mr Baker teaching brass and Miss Lindop teaching woodwind.
Guitar Club: Our resident guitarist, Mrs Pickles, runs a guitar club for Year 5 and 6 children on a Tuesday morning during assembly. Members bring their own guitar in from home and Mrs Pickles provides the music.
Recorder Club: Mrs Pickles also offers Year 5 and 6 children recorder club on a Monday lunchtime. The children bring their recorders from home and are asked to bring in ‘The Red Hot Recorder tutor 1’ Descant student book, although there are some copies in school for children to borrow if they can’t get hold of one.
Choir: Mrs Gibbins offers a fun lunchtime choir club every Thursday lunchtime. This is open for Years 3 to 6. All abilities welcome.
Pacesetters: We are excited to be working with Pacesetters again after a break due to Covid. They run two popular clubs - football on a Wednesday 3.30pm - 4.30pm and a gymnastics club on a Friday 3.30pm - 4.30pm. Places can be booked using the following link www.pacesetteronline.co.uk/e-haddon.
