Part-time Administrative Assistant (term time)

Hours of work: Minimum 18.25 p.w. term-time only. Monday 8.30 am to 3.45 pm (one hour lunch). Other hours by agreement.

Salary: Scale D-G: £22,737  to £26,421 p.a. (FTE) negotiable based on experience. To be paid pro rata.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will support our team by providing a full range of office support, including but not limited to the job description provided. If you are friendly and efficient, are confident using ICT packages (particularly Microsoft Office) and can communicate effectively with everyone from school governors to the youngest pupils, then we would love to hear from you.

Applicants should have  previous school office experience and understand the importance of confidentiality and data protection. Familiarity with the SIMs software package would be advantageous, although some training will be given.

Interviews will take place week commencing 10th June 2024.

Anticipated start date: 2nd September 2024 (unless available to start earlier)
